さて、和諧中国ですが、陶然とする美味しさです。すっかりハマり、しばらく茶器を変え、水を変え、楽しみました。茶壺＋ボルビックが、煎による違いがダイナミックでベストでした。
1煎目は果実香が華やかですが、2煎目から茶気が主張しだし、3、4煎目が絶妙のバランスです。5煎目以降、茶気が引きだし、回甘が前に出て、果実香は穏やかになりますが、その状態で軽く10煎はいきますね。
因みに、高価な超軟水（硬度12）も試しましたが、1煎目から果実香と茶気がバランスよく感じられる反面、どちらもボルビックより穏やかで、煎による変化も緩やかでした。超軟水が6、7煎目で切れて、ボルビックに切り替えたら、1、2煎前の旨味に戻った、という不思議な体験もしました。
同じプーアル茶ですが、生茶の世界は熟茶の世界とかなり違う気がします。当面、生茶を追いかけようと思っています。
